Who are we?


A Dutch/English estate agent, specialized in the Jalon valley. Our client approach is independent, honest and friendly. We have an excellent network throughout the valley and very good contacts with the local authoriteits.


What do we mean with 'the other way of living'?


Living in a valley surrounded by pine trees, oaks, rosemary and thyme. Typical Spanish villages with local shops, selling regional products: the red Jalon wine, the sweet white Moscatel, honey and almond biscuits many restaurants, offering regional food and wines. The authentic Spanish atmosphere, but with all the modern facilities within short distance.


Where do we work, in which area?


The Jalon valley is situated just a few miles inland. Surrounded by pine trees, oaks, rosemary and thyme. In the early spring you can enjoy the blossom of the almond trees, which changes the scenery of the valley into pink and white. At the end of the summer it is harvest time: the grapes are ripe and soon the leaves of the vineyards will turn into golden brown.
There are nine villages in the Vall de Pop, Jalon (or Xalo in the Valencian language) being the largest with its 2500 inhabitants. In the local shops you will find products from the valley: the famous red Xalo wine, the sweet white desert wine Moscatel, honey and almond biscuits. There is a wide range of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food and wines. Enjoying the quiet rural life, but only 20 minutes away from the coast: Denia, Moraira, Javea and Calpe. Living the original Spanish life, but with all modern facilities within short distance. Supermarkets, international healthcare, international schools.
