San Miguel Estates

My name is Eddie from Essex, UK. My wife Jan and I first bought a property here in 2002 as a holiday home, like many others we had enjoyed many trips here enjoying the sunshine and the Spanish way of life, back in 2005 we bought a villa close to the village of San Miguel, with a view to permanently live in Spain and moved here in 2006. Since living here, we have been busy working in the estate agency business, gaining endless knowledge and accumulating many very good reliable business colleagues, including solicitors, mortgage advisors and brokers, builders and all associated trades.Jan is a very important member of the San Miguel Estates team with endless work on the computer, phone calls, dealing with clients and making up contracts as required, etc.I spend a lot of time out and about with clients either viewing properties or taking properties on including being behind the camera taking photos of some of the lovely properties being offered. I have enjoyed taking photographs for a number of years on a semi professional basis having had many of my photos published. I have recently been commissioned to take on a photography work contract for a tour company based in Barcelona. Taking photographs was something that started off as just a pleasurable hobby; you never know where things will lead.We are now looking forward to making this a very successful business offering you expert advice and a full professional service, complete with our personal attention.
