The apartments are located in the EIXAMPLE quarter of Barcelona, which can be considered the best location for tourists in Barcelona, because it is a residential quarter, centrally located, secure and considered the heart of the city. It's 5 minutes walking from Paseo de gracia, Rambla Catalunya and Plaza Catalunya.
It has been recently renovated. It's really well communicated with the rest of Barcelona's main attactions and with the airport. Only 2 underground stops from the Barcelona Exhibition & Congress Centre (Fira de Barcelona).
It has been recently renovated. Apartments have two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Additionally there is a living room (with a comfortable double sofa bed) and a separate dining room. WIFI is available upon request.

Aerobus: This bus, which connects Barcelona centre with the airport, has a stop two minutes walking from the apartments ( Avda roma/Urgell o Gran Via/Urgell).

50% of the reservation will be charged upon booking and is non-refundable. The rest of the reservation value has to be paid at check-in.
A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 will be required during check-in and has to be paid in cash. In the event that damages caused exceed the amount of the security deposit, guests will have to pay the additional costs.
Guests can only book 1 apartment at a time.
