just 10 minutes walking from Placa Catalunya, Arc de Triumph, Casa Battlo and
just 15 minutes walking from La Rambla and La Padrera. Metro and bus stations,
internet cafes and phone booths are all just 5 minutes walking distance away.
Also a great feature to the location is the small convenience store and the
cafe/restaurant downstairs.

From Barcelona Airport: Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then walk up to Pg. de Gracia and from there to Gran Via. Take a right here and walk 4 blocks to the corner of Girona where you will find the apartment.
From Sants train/bus station: Take the green metro line 3 to metro station 'Catalunya'. Then walk up to Pg. de Gracia and from there to Gran Via. Take a right here and walk 4 blocks to the corner of Girona where you will find the apartment.
From 'Estacio del Nord' bus station: Take a taxi to the corner of Gran Via and Girona or take the metro to the 'Urquinaona' stop.
From 1st November 2012 a tourist tax of EUR 0.75 per person (from the age of 16) per night applies, with a maximum of 7 nights' charge per person.
Arrival: There is no reception area: The management office hours are every day from 9 am to 9 pm. It is mandatory that you call the apartment when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive at the apartment.
Check-in: Free from 12.00 am to 21.00 hours. Late check-in charges: 25 EUR per room (21:01 to 23:00 hours). 50 EUR per room (23:01 to 01:00 hours). 75 EUR per room (01:01 to 11:29 hours).
Payment:
Cash on arrival: The remaining balance is due on arrival in EUR cash only. Other currencies, credit cards or cheques are not accepted.
