GROUPS! The Apartments Super Balmes are 2 private apartments located just 5 min. from La Rambla & Plaza Catalunya. Each apartment is 120 m2 and have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 apartment has 10 single beds and the other has 12 single beds.
The kitchens are stylish and fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, a refrigerator, microwave-oven, toaster, electric kettle and stove. The bathrooms are specially designed for comfort. Each apartment has two separate showers and two separate toilets. These apartments are not only stunning, inexpensive and well-equipped but the location is absolutely the perfect base to explore this vibrant city.
All the rooms are with large glass window doors that open on to balconies. Each room is equipped with 2 or 3 single beds, clothes closets, bed linens and towels.

From Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the Aerobus outside the airport and get off at Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is 3 minutes walking from the station. The Aerobus service normally runs every 15 minutes. You can catch it from outside all 3 airport terminals.
From 1st November 2012 a tourist tax of EUR 0.75 per person (from the age of 16) per night applies, with a maximum of 7 nights' charge per person.
Fees: A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 500 is required at check-in. A cleaning fee of EUR 80 will be charged at check-out.
Arrival: It is mandatory that you call the apartment when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive at the apartment in order to receive your exact check-in time. There is no reception area: The management office is open every day from 9:00 to 21:00. Note that there is no luggage room available. You can store your luggage at Sants Train station or at the Nord bus station.
Late check-in:
- From 21:01 to 23:00 EUR 50.00 per reservation
- From 23:01 to 01:00 EUR 75.00 per reservation
- From 01:01 to 11:29 incurs a fee of EUR 100.00 per reservation.
Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival and only cash EUR is accepted as a mean of payment.
