Housed in a beautiful historic building, the completely renovated apartments are modern and created with delicacy and good taste.
Flatsperweek Apartments offers warm, colourful and comfortable apartments which are equipped with the latest technologies including ADSL/Wi-Fi internet connection, a TV with digital television, and air-conditioning. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with a shower with whirlpool options. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. Guests also have the possibility to have a baby cot installed in the apartment, with prior demand.

From Madrid Barajas Airport: Take metro line 8 direction 'Nuevos Ministerios' and change metro at the end stop. Change to metro line 6 towards ‘Cuatro Caminos’ and get off at this station. Take the metro line 2 towards ‘Ventas’ and get off at metro stop ‘Santo Domingo’. The hotel is just a 1-minute walk away from the metro station.
Booking Policy:
• In case of last minute cancellations or a no-show, one night will be charged by the hotel to your credit card.
• Cash is the only accepted method of payment. All customers must do the payment upon check-in.
• Guests can pick-up the keys from 14:00 to 20:00 hours. If the check-in is before 10:00 or after 20:00 hours, guests have to pay a surcharge of EUR 40.00.
• Check-out is between 10:00 to 12:00 hours, for check-outs after 12:00 hours it will be assessed over time and availability.
• No bond or deposit is requested.
