There are 20 start times available at both the North Course and the South Course. The North Course is renowned for its difficulty and the South has more water hazards. Cocoa Restaurant - Refurbished in 2006 this contemporary restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides offering views over the golf course and sea beyond. Beige marble floors, ornamental trees, calico and black-striped chairs and white linen-topped tables. Serves hot and cold breakfast buffet each morning and an à la carte menu at lunch and dinner. Sample dishes include Red Tuna Carpaccio with Rocket, Parmesan, and Grapefruit and Pistachio Vinaigrette, Lamb Stew with Pumpkin Puree, and Sea Bass with Glazed Onions. Guests can also dine on the open air terrace.

Taray Restaurant - Dining room refurbished in April 2006 offering views over the south Guadalmina golf course. Glass doors on three sides are opened in fine weather. Extends to an outdoor terrace. Also serves an extensive buffet lunch on Sundays including fresh fish, seafood, meat, cold dishes, salads and various desserts.

Aqua Bar - Light, contemporary bar serving drinks, cocktails and snacks throughout the day. Sandwiches and salads feature on the menu. Leads to a gallery and exhibition space displaying modern Spanish artworks.

Beach Club - Past the pool, the wood decked beach club is set directly on the beach and serves typically Mediterranean cuisine by the sea. Open for lunch and dinner during the summer.
