this is a lovely plot located just off the tarmac road. The plot has just over 6000 m² of land which is enough for you to legally build on. Having said that, there is an issue with the width of the plot, in that when following the rules laid out by the town Hall it does not give you enough space to build a house. As a result this plot is only useful for a mobile home. The other option is to buy property reference 9011, which is the plot adjoining this one. When you own both plots, there is a possibility that you will be able to split the plots vertically which would then give you two plots the same sort of size but much wider and therefore conforming to the laws of the town Hall. Each plot is priced at €12,000, but the owner is willing to negotiate if you were to buy both. the plot has great soil and some lovely mature olive trees. Generally it has a nice feel.
