At the entrance to this three bedroomed town house, located in a quiet sunny street not far from the town centre, there is a small patio which could be easily converted into a little garden. From the patio the street door opens into a vestibule from where you enter a living-room adjoined by a small kitchen and bedroom. This lower level has a flight of stairs which takes you up to a landing off which there are a double and a single bedroom adjoined by a bathroom. From the landing a door opens onto a utility terrace where the washing machine would be housed. The stairs continue up to a roof terrace with nice views of the Sierra Tejeda mountains, the village rooftops and the Malaga mountains to the west over which spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed.
