Going back downstairs and through the rear door you have a passage way which is partly undercover and measures approx 12 sq.m., to the rear of the passageway are storerooms measuring approx 25 sq.m. and could easily be converted into more living accomodation without too much expense, going up the stairway there is another storeroom of approx 10.5 sq.m. which again could easily be made into more living accomodation, and up the next set of stairs there is a patio-terrace of approx 9.5 sq.m. and a room off measuring approx 9 sq.m. The property has electrics and water, it would be worth changing the wiring system, there is some tiling to do on the floors but all in all the house is really in good condition. The roof looks sound and the beams have been treated. It is well worth a look at because for the size and price, with a bit extra spending on it, it would be a lovely large property.
