A really traditional spanish house situated in the village of Cuevas De San Marcos, 4km from the lake of Iznajar and about an hours drive from Malaga Airport. The house from the outside looks quite small but it is really quite deceiving, inside the rooms are all fairly large and there are quite a lot of them. The entrance hall is approx 6sq.m and takes you into a reception room of approx 11.5 sq.m, the next reception room downstairs is approx 10 sq.m. the kitchen which is tiled halfway up the walls measures approx 10.5 sq.m. There is a shower room downstairs which contains a walk in shower, sink, bidet and toilet and is in fairly good condition. Upstairs you have a large reception hallway of approx 10.5 sq.m. but this could easily be divided off to make a good sized bedroom, a bedroom of approx 9.5 sq.m. and a small room of approx 5.5 sq.m. take the dividing wall down and create a large bedroom of approx 15 sq.m. or keep as two seperate ones and have a walk in wardrobe. The next bedroom measures approx 8 sq.m. and has a built in cupboard and last but not least up here there is another bedroom of approx 10.5 sq.m. with a small terrace off of approx 3 sq.m. Going back downstairs and through the rear door you have a passage way which is partly undercover and measures approx 12 sq.m., to the rear of the passageway are storerooms measuring approx 25 sq.m. and could easily be converted into more living accomodation without too much expense, going up the stairway there is another storeroom of approx 10.5 sq.m. which again could easily be made into more living accomodation, and up the next set of stairs there is a patio-terrace of approx 9.5 sq.m. and a room off measuring approx 9 sq.m. The property has electrics and water, it would be worth changing the wiring system, there is some tiling to do on the floors but all in all the house is really in good condition. The roof looks sound and the beams have been treated. It is well worth a look at because for the size and price, with a bit extra spending on it, it would be a lovely large property.
