UK satellite television is connected and high speed broadband internet can be connected subject to contract with telecoms company. The villa is connected to mains water(drinking) and electricity. Broadband internet & telephone is available for a small connection charge and monthly fee. Please note that you may need a Spanish bank account and NIE number in order to have a contract with the ISP's.
