Casa Helen is an attractive villa situated on the Benimeit hillside of Moraira with a beautiful sea view, at approx. 2,5 kms from the town and beaches. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. There are three bedrooms – one with a double bed, and two rooms with twin beds - one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is another separate shower room. All the bedrooms have an AC/heating unit, use of which is optional, with a supplement of 60€ per week. The swimming pool, rectangular in shape with roman steps – is 10 x 5 metres with a depth of 1,20 to 2 metres – surrounded by approx. 100m of terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. There is also a built BBQ and a lawned garden area. There is space within the main gates to park up to 3 cars – the garage is not available for use.
